Manchester Barbers, 65 Bridge St, Manchester M3 3BQ, is responsible for the personal details you give when you book.

What we collect

Your name and UK mobile number, so the shop knows who is coming and can reach you about your appointment.
Your email address, only if you give it, to send your booking confirmation.
Anything you write in the notes box.
The service, barber, date and time you book, and whether the appointment went ahead.

Only to manage your appointments and keep the shop's record of your visits. It is not sold or used for marketing.

We keep booking records only as long as we need them to run the booking service and delete them on request.

Bookings are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. If email confirmations are switched on, they are sent through Resend.

The public website sets no cookies. The shop's staff area uses one cookie to keep staff signed in.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Ask in the shop and we will sort it out.
